Kramer 80 of Sabetha passed away at his home south of Oneida on May 15 2026 after a courageous battle with leukemia. Known affectionately as the Pumpkin Man Keith touched the lives of many in his community by raising and giving away hundreds of pumpkins to local schools. Born on November 22 1945 in Salina Keith was the eldest son of John J. and Madeline Luck Kramer. He received his education in Sabetha Oneida and Seneca Public Schools graduating in 1963. At the young age of 17 he joined the Kansas National Guard serving four years before transitioning to the U.S. Army where he achieved the rank of E6 while deployed to Vietnam.
