Tiny Jerlene Proctor McCoy age 81 of Morgantown KY passed away on Thursday April 2 2026 at her residence. She was born in Butler Co. KY on December 24 1944 to the late Oakley and Ruth White Proctor. Jerlene was a member of Union Missionary Baptist Church. She cherished friends from working at GravesGilbert Clinic Sumitomo Electric and Kanes Industries. She was known for her faith in God her unwavering love for her family and her constant kindness toward others. Her caring nature touched everyone around her. Her life was a reflection of love grace compassion and quiet strength. Her hobbies include sewing collecting ink pens but most importantly spoiling her grandbabies. She was preceded in death by her parents her loving husband Wallace Coy McCoy sister Thelma Gaskey.
