A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, August 29, 2026, at 10 a.m. at St Theresa Catholic Church in Crowley, Louisiana for Joseph Kelly Bellard, 69; who passed away Sunday, August 16, 2026, at approximately 4:00 p.m. at Christus St. Michael Hospital in Texarkana, Texas.Fr. Mark Oduguje, pastor of St. Theresa Catholic Church will be officiating for the services. The family is requesting visiting hours to be held from 8:00 a.m. to 9:50 a.m. at St. Theresa Catholic Church.
