Charles Edwin Wesley II 81 entered eternal rest on Wednesday October 7 2026. Born August 26 1945 in Topeka Kansas to the late Edwin Madella Wesley and Lillian Gentry Wesley he moved to Washington D.C. as an infant. Baptized at Calvary Episcopal Church he served as an acolyte in his youth. He graduated from McKinley Tech High School in 1963 and attended Parsons College in Fairfield Iowa where he met the love of his life Michelle Pryde. After graduating from Parsons Charles began his career as an accountant in Baltimore while assisting his mother with her tax preparation business. He later pursued graduate studies in Management Science at National Graduate University in Arlington Virginia and entered retail management with Best Products. Charles and Michelle married on April 26 1980 at her mother Lillian Prydes home in Spotsylvania Virginia. Their family grew in Houston Texas with the births of their sons…
