Robert J. Committo

Born in Boston Massachusetts he was the son of the late Charles and Irene White Hoenigke. Bob spent his early years in Fall River before making Tiverton his home in 1968 where he built a life filled with family friendships and many lasting memories. A graduate of B.M.C. Durfee High School Class of 1961 Bob went on to enjoy a long and dedicated career as a Master Electrician with I.B.E.W. Local 99. He worked for many years before retiring in 2005 taking pride in his work and the career he built. Bob proudly served in the Massachusetts Army National Guard was a member of the Knights of Columbus and when his children were young he was an active member of the Tiverton Recreation Committee. He especially enjoyed coaching Tiverton Little League sharing his love of the game with young players. But those who knew Bob will remember him for much…
