Amelia Grace Whitehead Mia b. June 8th 2023 daughter of Nathan and Lisa Whitehead came into this world on a prayer. From the 20 week ultrasound she was never supposed to make it. Her strength and tenacity pulled her through and she defied the odds for nearly three years. Amelia loved people she never met a stranger who didnt deserve a smile and a wave. She cared about nothing but being in the company of others. Her huge and outgoing personality endeared her to the hearts of her second family on floor 10 at CS Mott Childrens hospital who fought her many battles with her. Though strong of will stubborn and a hard fighter her flawed physical heart was not nearly as strong as her spiritual heart. On May 13th 2026 she left her broken body behind to be with the Lord. Bill Christopher

Age 74 passed away May 16 2026. He was born March 19 1952 in Lansing Michigan to Leo and Betty Christopher. Bill was a Christian and he loved the Lord He attended Riverview ChurchREO Town Venue. Bill graduated from Waverly High School in 1970. He joined the U.S. Army for three years serving in the Vietnam War. Following the war he participated in the military for another ten years through the Army Reserves as well as being a member of the American Legion. Bill worked for the City of Lansing as a mechanic retiring in 2002. He was a scout leader for the Boy Scouts of America and he enjoyed hunting fishing and singing. Bill is survived by his wife of 52 years Beth Christopher sons Michael Ashley Smith William Chanelle and Jason Leslie Christopher grandchildren Brent Kaylee Emelyn and Adeline Christopher brother Gary Joy Christopher sister Carol Gary Williams…
