Russell Aaron Scott known to many as Russ 93 of Harbor Springs MI passed away peacefully on Saturday June 26 2026 at home. He had a valiant and courageous struggle with his illness. He was born on October 11 1932 in Bruce WI to the late Laura Ellen Nelson Scott and Everett Scott. He joined the US Navy in 1951 and served his country honorably during the Korean Conflict. After his time in the Navy he went on to begin a successful career in the financial industry with Merrill Lynch in Milwaukee WI. During that time Russ met Sharon and they were married in 1961. They started a family and built a life centered around faith friends and family. They continued this by influencing their children and grandchildren about the importance of staying connected and visiting loved ones. His career took him from NY to CA with various financial companies…
