Charles Victor Nelson 85 of Burnsville passed away peacefully on October 5th after a brief illness. Chuck was born June 26 1941 in Barron County WI to Merlin and Evelyn Nelson. He grew up on the family farm in Rice Lake and served our country in the Army after High School. When he returned from service he moved to Minnesota where he met and married Ruth.
