David John Moehring was born on March 1 1949 in Glencoe Minnesota the son of Ruben and Helen Strobel of Plato Mn. He was the second eldest of six children. On July 8 1983 David was united in marriage to Karen Filipiak in Chelsea Ma. The couple made their home in St. Paul for 43 years. Their marriage was blessed with one daughter Melissa. Davy loved polka dancing and traveled to polka festivals across the states making lifelong friends along the way. As a member of the P.O.L.K. of A. and the MPA he danced for N.H. residents and at the Minnesota State Fair. An early member of The Polish Drinking Crew there was hardly any drinking but a whole lot of dancing he proudly gained the nickname Crazy Dave. Davy was also an avid bowler bowling 3 times a week at Flahertys in Arden HillsMonday nights Tuesday and Thursday…
