Sharon Noreen Eddington Sullivan Rieken, age 86, went to join her lord and savior on March 31, 2026 with family by her side.Born December 2, 1939 to Bertha and Gordon Eddington, Sharon grew up in Chicago IL, and attended St. Gertrude's Elementary School and cherished friendships from those early years throughout her life. Sharon graduated from New Trier High School in Winnetka where she was a member of the golf team. In the fall of 1960 Sharon met police officer Peter Sullivan and they married the following April. Sharon had three children with Peter and they moved to Elkhorn, WI in 1967. After the marriage ended Sharon opted to stay in Elkhorn to raise the children and in 1976 became a devoted and beloved secretary of Elkhorn Area High School, where she worked until her retirement in 2004.
