Charlene Renee Hutton (née Klen) passed away peacefully on August 13, 2026 at Presbyterian Rust Hospital in Rio Rancho, New Mexico.Char was born on May 20, 1959 in Chicago Heights, Illinois to Stephen Klen and Ethel Krantz Klen. She was the youngest of four children. In 1979, Char married David Andrew Hutton, and they moved to Macon, Missouri. Char and David had one daughter, Katrina Hutton. In June of 2026, Char and David moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico, to be close to their daughter.Char worked at Dollar General and then Casey's General Store, where she was a reliable and dedicated worker who enjoyed doing planograms. In her free time, Char enjoyed needlepoint, diamond art, watching true crime, going to concerts, and playing games with her family and friends. Char accompanied her husband to many Shriner functions, where they met some of their lifelong friends.Char was proceeded in death by her…
