John Pesaniello 96 passed away peacefully on Thursday February 12 2026 at his home in South Plainfield NJ. Born in South Plainfield to the late Angelina and Eugene Pesaniello John has been a lifelong resident of the Borough. For over 60 years he coowned Genes Auto Wreckers alongside his brother Gene. A talented mechanic John was always working on some car or engine. He was an expert on restoring and repairing MG Midgets from the 1950s and his pride and joy was his red 1954 MGTF. Above all else his family was most important. John was always looking forward to birthdays anniversaries and holidays and could often be found lending a helping hand at the stove with the gravy or cooking up his famous spaghetti sauce. Born in San Lorenzo Puerto Rico Ramona carried the warmth strength and traditions of her homeland in her heart throughout her life. She came to the United States as a young child and was raised on the Lower East Side of Manhattan where she learned the values of perseverance faith and family that would guide her for the rest of her days. She later made Edison New Jersey her home where she lived for more than 40 years creating a life rich in love purpose and devotion. Ramona dedicated her professional life to serving others. She worked as an administrator for Sleep Health in Lakewood New Jersey until her retirement in 2018 and previously spent 15 years at Middlesex Oncology. Born and raised in Germany Helga arrived to the United States in the 1960s where she had been a longtime resident of Piscataway. She worked as the Executive Secretary to the President of the Degussa Corporation in Piscataway for many years prior to her retirement. Cremation Services were held privately and her cremated remains will be placed to rest on Tuesday February 17 2026 at 1030am at Resurrection Burial Park Piscataway NJ 08854.

Andrew Rambajan Sr. 76 of Woodbridge passed away on Friday February 6 2026 at Raritan Bay Medical Center in Perth Amboy. Andrew was predeceased by his son Andrew Rambajan Jr. along with his siblings June and Michael. Surviving are his wife Dolores Rambajan children Rasheda and Aaron Rambajan grandchildren Kiki Jeneva Destinee Naysha Briana Aaron Jr. Andrew III. Kobe and Ariana great grandchildren Brooke Josiah Ariah and Ava along with his siblings Joseph Gerald Peter Geraldine and Maria as well as many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will begin at 845am on Friday February 27 2026 from GERITY CHUBENKO FUNERAL HOME 411 Amboy Avenue Woodbridge followed by a 10am Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Mount Carmel R.C. Church in Woodbridge. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Hungary Cemetery in Fords.

Evelyn Mrozek age 97 passed away peacefully on February 8 2026 in Edison NJ where she was a resident of Brighton Gardens for the past two years. She was born in Fords New Jersey on February 1 1929 to the late John and Anna Rebeck and was a lifelong resident. Evelyn worked as a sales clerk for the Morris Store in Metuchen and Fords Jewelers for many years before her retirement and was a devout parishioner of Our Lady of Peace Church and a former member of the Altar Rosary Society. Evelyn was predeceased by her beloved husband Anthony Mrozek with whom she shared 67 years of marriage. Surviving is her daughter Karen Abramo and husband Joseph of Pennsylvania along with many nephews and nieces. He worked as a Manager for Brookwood Auto Body Shop for 10 years and American Body Fender. He enjoyed his bulldogs riding motorcycles classic car shows spending time with his wife family and friends and making everyone laugh.
