Ann Carol Kaminski of Clifton NJ passed away at home on August 16 2026. She was one of four children born to the late Stanley and Sophie Kaminski and has lived in Clifton her entire life. Ann graduated from Clifton High School and Paterson State Teachers College with a Master of Arts degree in 1967. She spent seven years teaching Kindergarten at Packanack Lake Elementary School in Wayne before moving to Orchard Elementary School in Ridgewood for the rest of her career before retiring in 1995. She treated all of her students with the same devotion as she would have treated her own. She was very innovative in the classroom. Many of her students will remember the baby chicks they hatched and the very special surprise she had for each child on their birthday.
