She was born in Denver Colorado and was the daughter of the late Virgil Phillips and Winifred Welch Phillips. She was a longtime Pennsville resident. She was predeceased by her husband of 72 years Marvin Brown Sr. 2 sons Marvin Brown Jr. and Terry Brown and a sister Isabel Welch. Dorothy M.
