Mrs. Velia Dume Merveille gained her heavenly wings in the arms of the Lord on Wednesday April 1st 2026. We respectfully request that no one arrive at the funeral home prior to the posted visitation times so as not to intrude on the familys private time. Family and friends are invited to the visitation in the Kowalski Funeral Home 515 Roselle Street Linden NJ 07036 on Saturday April 18th from 900AM to 1200PM.A prayer service and sharing of memories will be held during the visitation timeframe. Interment will follow at Rosedale Cemetery in Linden NJ at approximately 1220PM where prayers of committal and final goodbyes will take place. Velia was born on March 15 1960 in Miragoane Haiti to parents Adilo and Leone Merveille. She was one of nine children and from a young age she learned the value that family means everything.
