Henry Ziegler 85 a longtime area resident passed away at home peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Sunday June 28 2026 in Dover Plains. Born on October 9 1940 in Flushing Queens NY he was the son of the late Henry J. Ziegler and Helen I. Glock Ziegler. He was a Ham radio operator and repairman and an avid gardener and animal lover. Mr. Ziegler is survived by a daughter Laura Jean Grey and her husband Richard of Stuart FL two sons Kevin Joseph Ziegler of Missouri and James Anthony Ziegler of Panama City FL. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren 13 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his wife Juanita Barse a son Henry James Ziegler a brother Kenneth Ziegler and a sister Ann Kunze.
