Sparta Marilynn E. Rider age 88 passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on August 9 2026 at the Livingston County Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Mount Morris following a brief illness. She was born in Queens on July 4 1938 the daughter of the late Clifford and Edith McArdle Masten.Marilynn was preceded in death by her son Michael Izworski and her brotherinlaw Henry Burk. Marilynn built a full and meaningful life marked by hard work kindness and fun. She worked in personnel at Case Hoyte then as a banker in downtown Rochester for several years before transitioning to work as a law secretary in Lakeville.She enjoyed reading and crafting and had so many hobbies and interests.
