Mr. Roger R. Crews Sr 87 of State Route 80 Fort Plain NY passed away at home early in the evening of November 30 2025 with his family by his side. Roger was born on September 5 1938 in Adams Mass. the son of the late Cecil and Pearl Andrews Crews. For over 40 years he was the owner and operator of Roger Crews Scrap and Salvage in Fort Plain NY. He was also the owner of the 5s diner which his family ran. On September 28 1957 at St. Pauls Lutheran Church in Fort Plain NY he married Harriet Hogan who predeceased him on February 16 1997. He was also predeceased by his son Roger "Fred" Crews Jr. brothers Clifford Jim and Richard Crews sisters Helen Katovich Barbara Peddrick and Contance DArchangelis soninlaw John Riddle and girlfriend Nancy Roosevelt.
