Jeff was born on February 20 1956 a son of the late Eugene and Shirley Quackenbush Fritz Sr. In his younger years he enjoyed gardening and being in nature. Jeff was always willing to help anyone in their time of need. He was a diehard Buffalo Bills fan and enjoyed NASCAR. He loved to spend time with his grandchildren. Jeff was a devoted servant of God.
