Juanita served as a Deaconess at Soul Saving Station and had been a faithful member since the 1980s. She was a devoted and anointed woman of God who dedicated her life to Jesus Christ her church her family and her community. Her presence and love left a lasting impact on all who knew her. She worked as a manager at White Castle in New York City before relocating to Saratoga Springs in 1981. From 1989 until her retirement in 1998 she served as a developmental therapy aide for New York State. John W. Grande "Jack" 82 of 26 Elm St. Gansevoort NY passed away at his home on Saturday March 28th in the comfort of his home after fighting a decade long battle with cancer. Jack was born on Feb. 22 1944 in Little Falls NY. He graduated from St. Marys Academy in June 1962 and joined the U.S. Air Force where he was stationed in Fairbanks Alaska as a small arms instructor and base police officer. When returning home from his military duties he worked for the Evening Times Newspaper and married his wife of 58 years Ruby Gray of Oppenheim together they raised two daughters Jackie Matteson Eric of Raleigh NC and Donna Grande Samantha of Greenfield NY. He accepted a position with Prudential Insurance which took the family to Dayton Ohio for three years after which time he transferred to Saratoga Springs NY.
