EDWARDS Barbara Anne Newcombe Bullock age 68 of Edwards passed away on July 1 2026 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Calling hours for Barb will be held on Friday July 10 2026 from 100300 p.m. and 600800 p.m. at French Funeral Home in Edwards. Her funeral service will be held on Saturday July 11 2026 1000am at the Edwards United Methodist Church. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Edwards. Barbara was born on January 6 1958 in Canton New York to the late Clifford Bullock and Thelma "Sally" Smith Bullock. She attended Edwards Central School and married Charles Newcombe on May 24 1980 at the Edwards United Methodist Church. For 30 years Barb dedicated herself to serving others through Meals on Wheels in St. Lawrence County. She drove hundreds of miles making sure to check on each client and provide them with warm meals everyday. During…
