Sharon E. Ulrich, 82, of Owego, NY, passed away on Saturday October 10, 2026. She was predeceased by her husband, William “Bill” Ulrich; her parents, Burdette and Irene (Short) Mosher; her brothers, Gregory and Ralph Mosher; her sister, Penny Creeley; and her son-in-law, David Gonzales. Sharon is survived by her two daughters, Sheryl Gonzales, Lisa (Neil) VanTol; her grandchildren, Michael, Elianna, Josiah (Hannah), and Hannah Rose Gonzales; Benjamin, Elizabeth, Rebekah (Rick), William, Isaac, Abigail and Annabeth VanTol; her great granddaughter, Azalea; her sisters-in-law, Connie Mosher and Arlene Ulrich; her brother-in-law, Randy Creeley, Sr.; many nieces and nephews.Sharon was born in Endicott, NY on December 14, 1943. She worked for over 30 years for Endicott-Johnson, and then for the Tioga County Clerk’s Office for 17 years. Sharon was a member of the Owego United Methodist Church and the VFW Auxiliary.
