Family and friends will be received at the funeral home on Wednesday from 300 to 700 PM. Her service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday at 1000 AM. Burial will follow at Saint Marys Cemetery. of East Kingston died Friday February 13 2026 with her loving family by her side. She was born August 12 1945 in Paterson NJ she was the daughter of the late Robert and Margaret Healey Wade. Joan spent her years caring for others first as a babysitter for numerous children for over forty years. She then became an Aide for Cerebral Palsy of Ulster County where she eventually retired from and then spent her years caring for her family and grandchildren. Joan enjoyed spending time with her family and being everyones biggest cheerleader supporting everyone in all of their activities.
