Joseph Reynolds Jr. 65 of Amsterdam New York passed away on Tuesday July 28 2026 at Albany Medical Center Hospital. Born in Kingston New York Joe was the son of the late Joseph Reynolds Sr. and Patricia "Patsy" Gallagher Reynolds. He worked for the Kingston City School District for many years before retiring and moving to Amsterdam. The oldest of five children Joe was a loving presence in his family throughout his life. He had a gift with children and a laugh that carried across a room and drew everyone in. He was a lifelong and unapologetic Snoopy fan and anyone who knew him knew it.
