JEFFERSON Harold Ray Mosser78 passed away peacefully with the love of his family by his side on August192026 at The Reserve Care Hospice House in Cleveland following a courageous battle with cancer. He was born January241948 in Warren Ohio the son of Raymond C. and Elsie A. Houghton Mosser. Ray graduated from Ashtabula High School in1966and continued his studies at Kent State University. He proudly served his country in the United States Army for two years during the Vietnam War. On December231967 Ray married his one true love Joyce L. Johns. For59years they shared a marriage rooted in love friendship happiness and an abiding devotion to one another. Above all else Ray loved his family. He was a devoted husband loving father proud Poppy and GreatPoppy and he cherished the time and memories he shared with those closest to him.
