Thomas "Neil" OBrien of Westerville Ohio born to Thomas Joseph and Wilma Margret nee Reid OBrien passed away on April 1 2026 at the age of 88. Neil was a graduate of Cambridge High School where he played football and he then attended Kent State University. He retired from the Ohio Department of Transportation where he worked as a photogramatrist map maker. He was a long time member of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church. He was an avid muskie fisherman trap shooter hunter and was a member of both the Ohio Huskie Muskie Club and Muskie Inc. In the 1970s Neil was a successful sulky owner trainer driver. and won many races. In his last three years Neil was a beloved resident of Danbury Assisted Living in Westerville. He is preceded in death by his wife Doris nee Browning and his grandson Joseph Thomas OBrien. He is survived by…
