Anita M. Koltiska age 75 entered into rest Saturday March 28 2026. She was born on September 30 1950 in Cleveland Ohio and grew up in Lakewood Oh. She attended and graduated from Ss. Cyril Methodius Catholic School St. Augustine High School and Ohio University. Anita volunteered at Beck Center in Lakewood and enjoyed going to the theatre in Downtown Cleveland. She is survived by her brothers William Koltiska Gerard Elizabeth Koltiska and Bernard Koltiska sister Hally Koltiska nephews Sean James Melissa Michael Sophia Degregoris Koltiska nieces Shannon Katherine Joy Banerjee and greatnephew greatniece Shamus and Alana Koltiska. She was preceded in death by her parents William Bernadette nee Dorcak Koltiska. The family will receive friends on Thursday April 2 2026 from 200 pm until time of service at 300 pm at the MISENCIK FUNERAL HOME 36363 Detroit Rd. Avon..
