Paul Douglas Holsinger Paul was born in Marion Ohio to his parents Charles W. and M. Ruth Holsinger he was called home to be with the Lord on May 10 2026 at the age of 80. Paul graduated from Harding High School in June 1963 and in July of 63 at the age of 17 he joined the Army. He was a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne and served in the US intervention of the Dominican Republic civil war from 19651966. He was honorably discharged in 1966 and returned to Marion where he met Patricia Loper. They were married in 1968 and spent fiftyeight wonderful years together. They enjoyed playing softball and were on multiple teams throughout the years. Paul even coached Pat and their daughters team for a time and taught his son to pitch. Paula Jo Fultz age 56 of Marion passed away May 12 2026 at the Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus. Paula was born in Marion to the Late William Earl and Charlene DeWitt Fultz on October 29 1969. Paula was a graduate of Harding High School and had a work history of 25 years with her last job being at Peerless Dry Cleaners. Paula loved arts and crafts and loved being active around town. This included going to the local shows downtown and attending the outdoor events such as Third Thursdays in the summer. She loved to go on walks and often walked along the Tall Grass Trail where she could enjoy being outdoors and one with nature. Paula was very driven and known for her determined personality. Helen Delores Meister better known as Grandma Helen to everyone who knew her died on May 14 at the young age of 101 years four months and seven days. Grandma Helen went kicking and screaming figuratively from this life that she cherished so much. From the chance to drink her daily can of beer to bowling with her grandkids or sunbathing in her undergarments on the patio it was Grandmas intent to always enjoy her time on Earth no matter what. Grandma was born on January 7 1925 in Troy Ohio to James and Lillian Wright. She was the youngest of seven children. Kenneth Paul Thelma Venetta Dorothy and Betty all left this life long before Helen and she was missing them especially in her final days.
