Mary Linda Unger 83 of Fremont passed away unexpectedly after a brief illness on Saturday March 28 2026 at ProMedica Toledo Hospital. Linda was born in Coalport PA on March 2 1943 to the late James Edward and Alberta Mae Thompson Wheeler. She married James A. Unger in Tiffin on June 6 1964 and he preceded her in death on September 21 2020. Survivors include her son James Unger of Fremont a daughter Chris Paul Walsh of WI six grandchildren one greatgrandchild on the way and a brother Ed Linda Wheeler of NC. Linda was the owneroperator of Amish Country Deli in Fremont and a print shop in Tiffin. Linda also worked as a printer for Terra Community College and was a member of Victory Church in Fremont.
