She was born in Barberton on February 24 1929 to the late Lee and Jennie Sisson. Ruth was a beautician for 50 years in New Franklin and Barberton. She taught baton and started the majorette group the Lorettes and was a Brownie and Girl Scout leader. Throughout her life she did modeling and fashion shows. Ruth loved music and was an avid dancer. She truly enjoyed life family get togethers and sharing memories. She was preceded in death by her parents husband Emil J. Miller brothers Bill and Harold Sisson and sister Irene Maxwell. Ruth is survived by daughters Rebecca Vilsack Randy Johnson and Valerie Robert Valentine grandson Michael Abigail Valentine greatgrandson James numerous nieces nephews other relatives and friends.
