Wanda Voutas

Wanda Romane Voutas was born on April 21 1942 to Everett and Roberta Romane in Bend Oregon. After graduating High School Wanda attended a culinary college before marrying in 1962. Wanda married Elmer McDaniel then moved to Algona Washington where they had three daughters Juanita and twins Kitty and Katie. In 1980 the family moved back to Central Oregon where they built a home in Powell Butte. After her children had grown Wanda and Elmer divorced with Wanda moving to Albany for a time. In 1991 Wanda met and married John Voutas who she remained with until her passing. They then moved to Madras Oregon in the early 90s where she stayed until her death. Wanda loved collecting miniature collectables arts and crafts loved to cook and her kitties.
