He was born on April 28 1962 in Latrobe son of the late Gerald C. Nicely Nancy and Shirly Jean Aller Nicely. Randall is survived by his wife Angela Nicely children Denise Nicely William Brown Randy Nicely Jr. Laken Kiel Brittany Yutzy Adam Claar siblings Vicki Clarr Jim Clarr Timothy Nicely Sue Nicely Jeffery Nicely Karla Shipe Angel Green Tom Hall grandchildren Matthew Yantis Taylor Yantis Alexis Yantis David Baker Aurora Yutzy Teagan Yutzy Colton Novac Carson Nicely and many nieces and nephews. Randall worked at Hedstrom Walmart and Corle Building Systems. He was a volunteer Fireman in Darlington Pa and volunteer softball coach with McFarland and Marteens. Randall enjoyed the Rocky Gap Casino watching wrestling and adored his grandchildren. He had an amazing sense of humor he will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
