Edna Marie Black 89 beloved wife of the late Samuel Black passed away on Sunday March 29 2026 at Parkhouse at Providence Point. Born January 8 1937 in Boyertown she was one of thirteen children of the late Clarence and Edna Myers Moyer. Marie affectionately known as Granny Black spent most of her life in the Spring City area. The ultimate homemaker she and Samuel lovingly raised three children. Her family especially her children and grandchildren were her prized possessions. She enjoyed caring for them which often included cooking and baking and she was especially known for her shoofly pies. Marie also enjoyed working on puzzles in her spare time.
