She was the beloved wife of the late Ted Lamar Artz with whom she shared 57 years of marriage until his passing in 2020. Born in Fountain Springs PA and a graduate of Butler Township High School she was the daughter of the late Paul S. Martin and Marian L. Martin. She volunteered at Chester County Hospital for 28 years and especially enjoyed her time rockingbabies in the NICU. In addition she volunteered at the Abramson Cancer Center also in West Chester. Barbara loved talking on the phone with family and friends for extended periods of time. She was an avid reader of books and still had a subscription to Readers Digest. Barbara was known for her kindness generosity and had a lot of love to give to everyone she met. She will be greatly missed and remembered. She is survived by her loving sons Todd M. Artz Amy and…
