Bobbi was born in Butler on December 21 1969. She was the daughter of Sally Adams Welton of Karns City and the late Robert Bob Welton. She was a 1987 graduate of Karns City Area High School and earned a BS in business management from Slippery Rock University. Bobbi was employed as a medical software programmer for Visualutions. Bobbi enjoyed traveling and camping was an avid Pittsburgh Pirates and Penguins fan enjoyed attending Green Day concerts and most especially looked forward to family gatherings with her grandkids.
