Frank grew up in the West County area and graduated from Rice Avenue Union High School. Following his education he began working at Morlite where he served as a foreman. He later joined Building Systems Inc. working in various roles in construction and went on to work with Hortons Precast building forms. Most recently Frank worked in the maintenance department at Mercyhurst North East where he remained until his retirement. Frank was above all a devoted family man who cherished time spent with his wife and children. During his childrens younger years the family often went camping enjoying long weekends at Pymatuning Boat Clubtimes that created lasting and cherished memories. He found great joy in fishing and each fall family and friends gathered for hunting trips often at camp full of laughter and stories His parents and brothers were always an important part of his life and together they owned…
