She was born in Lake Township the daughter of the late George and Catherine Scorupa Sisco. Dolores was a graduate of Coughlin High School Class of 1950. Prior to her retirement Dolores was a careerlong employee of the WilkesBarre Area School District having worked for over forty years as a SecretaryAide at Daniel J. Flood and Kistler Elementary schools. Dolores was a faithful and devoted member of Saints Peter Paul Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church in WilkesBarre. Dolores will be remembered as a loving and devoted mother grandmother and friend whose care and kindness were felt deeply by those who knew her. For the last three years she battled illness with remarkable resilience and grace. Born in Fern Glen May 19 1943 she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Catherine Felegie Pekala and spent the past 20 years in Hazle Township. Joanne was a 1961 graduate of Black Creek Twp. High School and fouryear varsity cheerleader. During the 1960s she was employed at TongSol contributing to the production of vacuum and electron tubes that powered the electronics of a generation. Years later she continued her strong work ethic at OfficeMax where she diligently packaged orders and enjoyed being part of a team.
