Henry Thomas Smith, 62, of Stroudsburg, passed away early Friday morning, October 2, 2026 at St. Luke's Hospital-Monroe Campus. He was the husband of Jennifer Brockley-Smith with whom he shared 33 years of marriage.Born on December 14, 1963 in Passaic, NJ, he was the son of the late Henry and Jane (Davis) Smith. He had been a Monroe County resident for 40 plus years.Henry worked for UPS as a driver for over 35 years serving in the Poconos.He had a passion for all things outdoors including hunting, hiking, biking, kayaking, among many others. He also always had a deep passion for exotic animals in which he owned and cared for in his household with his family.Meticulousness and perfectionism were traits Henry honored when finishing any jobs or projects, inside or outside of the house.Henry's charismatic personality would lead to many conversations, laughs, and amazing memories shared with family, friends, and…

Evelyn May Pirro, 72, of Mt. Pocono, passed away on Friday, October 10, 2026. Born in Patterson, New Jersey she was the daughter of the late James Patrick and Ella (Osbun) Bucher. Evelyn was the beloved wife of the late Salvatore Pirro. Evelyn was a Home Health Aide through the years devoting her care to close friends and family. She loved her cats and arts and crafts. Evelyn was a long time member of the Mc Cruisers Car Club. Above all, she enjoyed the simple moments life offered and spending time with those she loved.Evelyn will be lovingly remembered by her sons, Casey Pirro and his wife Sarah and Adam Federoff and his wife April; grandchildren, Melanie, Salvatore, Wyatt, Aidric and Asher; sister, Terri Wesler, as well as, many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
