Ann Marie Davenport 66 of Glen Dowr Foster twp. passed away Tuesday June 30th at Schuylkill Center Pottsville. Ann was born in Pottsville Pa. on October 24 1959 a daughter of Wanda Tray Filer and the late Joseph J. Svrcek. In addition to her father she was preceded in death by a brother Steven Svrcek and sisters Wanda Yurconis and Marie. Ann is survived by her loving husband David six sons David Jr. Eric Joshua Aaron Adam and Shawn Davenport two sisters Kathleen Witmer and Stacia Moll four brothers Joseph John Martin and Andrew Svrcek. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Nieces nephews.

Mary Jones

Mary Jones, 68, of Tamaqua, passed away on Monday, June 29, 2026, in Lehighton. She was the beloved wife of Christopher W. Jones, with whom she celebrated 47 years of marriage on June 2.Born in Coaldale, Mary was a daughter of the late Paul J., Sr., and Catherine (Derr) Kropp. She attended Tamaqua schools and was first employed by Sue Frocks in Tamaqua. After earning her Certified Nursing Assistant credential from Schuylkill Technology Center, she devoted many years to caring for others at Hometown Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. More recently, she worked in the facility's central supply department.Mary had a caring heart and selflessly cared for many of her family members during their later years. She will be remembered as a loving, loyal, and compassionate wife, mother, sister, niece, aunt, and friend. She enjoyed listening to the music of U2, tending her flower gardens, and watching the birds that visited…
