Christine Culbertson age 53 of Venango passed away on Friday afternoon October 9th after a lengthy battle with cancer. Born on February 16 1973 Chris lived a life that will be remembered for its ups and downs but never lacking a dull moment. She grew up and was raised by her mother Anne Pedersen and stepfather Jeff Pedersen. She was joined early on in her life by her younger sister Melissa Cyphert who never wasted a moment giving her a hard time while being her best friend. In 1991 Chris graduated from Venango Catholic High School and started a family a couple of years later. That family would include a son Andrew Harbaugh and a daughter Abigail Harbaugh whom she now leaves behind. Margie M. Moyer, 89, of Oil City, passed away Saturday, October 10, 2026, at Oil City Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.Born May 15, 1937, in North Freedom, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Arveta Powell Dinger.Mrs. Moyer was married in the Seneca United Methodist Church on November 10, 1956, to Richard T. “Dick” Moyer, Sr., who preceded her in death January 20, 2021. They shared 64 years of marriage together.A 1955 graduate of Punxsutawney High School, she worked as a bank teller, retiring from PNC Bank.She and Dick were long time members of Grace United Methodist Church in Oil City where she was active in the choir.Margie enjoyed gardening and picked up golfing after retirement. Dick and Margie were snowbirds, spending many winters in Florida, and they traveled back and forth for as long as they were able.Surviving are a daughter, Gail Beck and her husband Chuck of…
