Jean Atts age 97 was welcomed into the arms of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ Wednesday evening May 13 2026 at her home in Oil City with her beloved devoted children by her side. Born on November 24 1928 in Oil City the daughter of Ray and Alma Sawatsky Osterman Jean graduated from Oil City High School in 1946 and worked at Woolworths Department Store starting in the Glass department and leaving as Assistant Manager. Jean married Harold E. Atts on April 12 1951 in a stunning dark blue wool suit and worked alongside him as bookkeeperaccountant for his business Atts Auto Parts and Used Cars on Riverside Drive in Oil City. Jean was a devoted wife mother of two grandmother of five and greatgrandmother of six. Marilyn Joyce Lander age 75 of Seneca died at her residence on Saturday May 16 2026. She was born September 17 1951 in Oil City PA. She was a daughter of the late Wade Bud Kline and Maxine Kline Jack both of Venus PA. She was a lifelong cat lover Pittsburgh Steelers and Pirates fan Cranberry High School sports enthusiast and an Oil City Softball super fan. Marilyn worked at Mellon Bank in Seneca and Cranberry for 15 years and at the Blair Call Center in Franklin for 12 years. A memorial service will be held for Josephine Jo A. Kissinger on Saturday June 6th at 100 p.m. at the HileBest Funeral Home 2781 Rte. 257 in Seneca PA. Interment will be made in Calvary Cemetery in Oil City. Jo Kissinger age 93 and a longtime resident of Seneca passed away on Sunday March 1 2026 in Canon City Colorado. The daughter of the late Mary Conner Jo was born in Titusville PA on December 6 1932. She graduated from Titusville High School in 1951. She married Robert Bob Kissinger of Oil City PA on April 10 1953 in St. Stephen Church in Oil City. Jo and Bob were married for 69 years. Following her retirement from Quaker State Jo enjoyed doing volunteer work around the Venango County area.
