Born in Providence he was the beloved son of the late Pasquale and Grace Cinieri DAntico. George was a lifelong Rhode Islander and a longtime resident of Cranston where he built a life rooted in hard work independence and quiet dedication. George began his career with the State of Rhode Island serving for many years in the Department of Environmental Management as a soil tester. Following his state service he became a selfemployed property owner taking great pride in managing and maintaining his properties with care and responsibility. Known for his strong work ethic and selfreliance George approached life with determination and practicality. David “Goofy” Ducharme, 69, of Pascoag, died February 6, 2026 in his home. He was the husband of Cheryl R. (King) Ducharme. Born in Woonsocket, he was the son of Margaret (Ducharme) Ducharme of North Smithfield, and the late George P. Ducharme.Goofy was a 1974 graduate of Burrillville High School. He worked as the principal cook at Zambarano Hospital until his retirement in 2020.
