She was the loving wife of the late Edward Wayne Bibbs.Colleen dedicated 38 years of her professional life to RNM LLC/Georgia-Lina Precast, and was a devoted friend to Robert (Bobby) Miller where she served as Vice President. She took great pride in her work and deeply cherished the family she built along the way. Outside of her career, Colleen devoted her adult life to rescuing and caring for animals.
