Candy liked to do diamond art to give to the people she loved it was the same with her crocheting. She also enjoyed reading spending time with her dear friends Cindy and Brenda playing Yahtzee with her husband even though he always beat her watching golf together her favorite was Roy McElroy even though when he was having a bad round you werent so sure she also enjoyed watching Kyle Busch race the Jacksonville Jaguars play football and playing bingo. She really loved her time in the mountains with her husband Jimmy and visiting Pastor and sister Fletcher. Her heart was with her husband grandbabies and fur babies. Michael T. Holley 87 passed away July 2 2026. Born on January 31 1939 in Batesburg SC a son of the late Omie Lavoye O.L. and Verlene Taylor Holley.Michael graduated from BatesburgLeesville High school then went on to serve in the South Carolina National Guard.He was coowner and vice president of O.L. Holley and Sons where he worked alongside his father and brothers for 45 years. Michael served on the BatesburgLeesville High School Vocational Advisory Board. A deep man of faith Michael was an active member of First Calvary Baptist Church. He had many interests and was a skilled woodcarver he also enjoyed tending to his koi pond which he designed and built. Mr. Holley was devoted to his family. She was born in Laurens County the daughter of the late Elizabeth Davis Hallman and James Heyward Turner and the stepdaughter of the late Erskey David Hallman and Mary Turner. She is survived by her son John David Kelly Williams her daughter Martha Elizabeth Williams grandchildren Daisy Williams Charlotte Crowell and Bridgett Crowell her brother Steve Evelyn Turner her sister Jennifer Eric Johnson brothers Brian Ann Turner Robert Bobby Turner and Weldon Sherry Turner as well as aunts uncles nieces nephews and cousins.
