Silas James McConnell age 22 passed away on June 24 2026. He was born in Dayton Ohio on June 2 2004. Silas beautiful red hair was unforgettable and he loved being goofy and making people laugh and smile. He loved music playing guitar and skateboarding and was finally skating more than crashing. He made friends wherever he went and was always ready to help and to make others feel seen. Silas loved animals especially his dog Riley whom he loved taking for rides since she didnt mind that he wasnt the best driver. Silas is preceded in death by his grandparents Charles and Arlene McConnell and his grandfather Steven R. Wood. Silas is survived by his parents James and Sonja McConnell his siblings Seth and Chloe his grandparents Jerry and Judy Smith his grandmother Cheryl Wood and many aunts and uncles and dear friends.
