Cheryls final place of rest will be at St. Michael Cemetery 3001 N. Cliff Ave Sioux Falls SD. Cherylknown affectionately as Ma or Siswas born on August 15 1947 to Elmer and Goldyne Brasel. One of five children Sioux Falls was always home to her and the place where she built a full and meaningful life. On October 10 1964 Cheryl married the love of her life Cletus Friessen. Interment will be in the South Dakota Veterans Cemetery Sioux Falls South Dakota alongside her loving husband at a later date. Evelyn Leah Bailey was born on March 8 1933 in Kingsport Tennessee. She had lots of fond memories of growing up in Eastern Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. After Evelyn graduated from high school she was recruited by the FBI and moved with a cousin to Washington DC where she worked for the FBI for several years.
