Alford Harvey Webber age 93 of Smithville passed away peacefully at his residence on Friday February 13 2026.Of the Baptist faith and a proud veteran Alford honorably served as a military police officer in the United States Army and Air Force. Following his military service he dedicated 30 years to law enforcement serving with both the Wilson County Sheriffs Department and the City of Lebanon Police Department. Alford was born on November 17 1932 in Lebanon to the late A.C. and Stella Reed Webber. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a daughter Debbie Webber his brothers Sidney Webber Leonard Webber Ray Webber and Charles Webber and his sisters Ida Marie Webber Mary Croslin Louella McKinney Bessie Collins and Martha Bond.
