She was formerly employed at the Dixie Queen, Rogersville and Hickory Springs Manufacturing, Morristown from 1993-2006. Jackie was a loving wife, mother, nanny, sister, aunt and friend. She enjoyed cooking and especially spending time with her grandchildren. Louise was born to Georgia and Jake Smith on May 3, 1951 in Hawkins County. She married Ralph Wayne Collins on April 24, 1981 in Rogersville. She worked at Ray Floral and Holly Creek Floral before working in management at Goody’s for many years. She will be remembered for her selfless devotion as a caregiver and loving partner to her husband.
