Opal Clemons Hagood age 80 of Rogersville passed away Thursday February 12 2026 at Ballad Health Holston Valley Medical Center following a brief illness. She was a member of Persia Baptist Church. Opal retired as a nurse from Holston Valley Hospital after many years of service. She enjoyed helping others and volunteered much of her time at Shepherds Center. She was preceded in death by her husband Larry Hagood daughter Angela Denise Hamilton granddaughter Emily Denise Justice parents Archie and Leona Overbay Clemons sisters Carolyn Seymore and Linda Cupp and brother Charles Ray Seymore.
