Donald Ray Hensley, age 88, of Rogersville, passed away on Monday, March 30, 2026 at his residence.Donald was born to Hoy and Ada J Hensley on June 19, 1937. He graduated from Chuckey Doak High School. He married Patsy Hensley on January 6, 1961. He was a veteran of The United States Air Force. He was a charter member and treasurer of the Persia Volunteer Fire Department for 54 years. His passion was fishing, hunting, and sitting on the porch with Archie. He was preceded in death by his wife, Patsy R Hensley; parents, Hoy and Ada Hensley; sister, Diane Shaw; niece, Crystal Shaw; niece, Robbie Hensley; and his beloved pet, Daisy. Paralee F. Goins, age 77, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 28, 2026. She was a member of Independence Missionary Baptist Church. She enjoyed gardening, canning, and quilting. Paralee loved spending time with family and cooking for everyone. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Goins; parents, Charlie and Minnie Massingille; several brothers and sisters. She is survived by her children, Michael H. Goins (Melissa), Brenda Moyers, and Melvin Goins; grandchildren, Kayla Baskette (Brandon), Daniel Goins (Sonya), Crystal Moyers, John Moyers, and Logan McCullough; great-grandchildren, Paisley Goins, Caden Moyers, and Navy Baskette; siblings, Elvis Massingille, Annanell Bledsoe, and Mary Massingille; several nieces and nephews.
